Whitegate Station Cafe

We are providing staff training and mentoring to develop skills in support work and job coaching, and are creating links with special schools, colleges and employment programmes to identify positive opportunities for young people.

 

ICD provide the ‘bridge’ between young people and the cafe, ensuring that placements are suitable, aspirational and appropriately supported and managed.

 

The Cafe have a long history of providing added social value within the business, and ICD are pleased to be able to mentor them through this next stage in their development.
